Alyssa provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples and specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, and issues pertaining to relationships, loss, life-transitions, and gender/sexuality. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space to deepen self-awareness and to foster self-compassion.

Alyssa works with clients to identify elements that compose the self, explore the origins of thoughts and behaviors, process and express latent emotions, towards the goals of mental well-being and self-actualization. She completed her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College, The City University of New York, in 2016, and completed 2 years of training in trauma-informed psychotherapy from the Trauma Studies Center at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City.
